


Rotavapor R-300
It can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated with a BUCHI vacuum pump, interface, recirculating chiller and application-specific sensors. This allows the system to be selected around the laboratory’s solvent, flask size, temperature, condenser, documentation and automation requirements.

The R-300 can support evaporating flasks up to 5 L when configured with the B-305 heating bath. Smaller flask sizes can also be used according to the selected glassware and application.
Yes. The B-305 heating bath supports water or oil and can operate up to 220 °C. The selected temperature and heating medium must be suitable for the application and laboratory safety requirements.
No. The R-300 is modular. A stand-alone configuration can be used without full system automation. Integrated control, dynamic distillation, sensor compatibility and programmable methods depend on the selected interface and supporting system components.
Both interfaces support centralized control, solvent-library functions, dynamic distillation and compatible sensors. The I-300 Pro additionally supports programmable methods, guided operation and a larger display.
The condenser depends on the solvent, boiling point, available cooling source, laboratory height, reflux requirement and whether the sample is prone to foaming or bumping. CWTC should review the application before confirming the glass assembly.
The R-80 is intended for compact routine evaporation with flasks up to 1 L. The R-180 supports routine evaporation with flasks up to 3 L. The R-300 supports flasks up to 5 L, higher-temperature operation and a wider range of automation, condenser and sensor options.
