Rapid flour analysis for moisture, protein, ash, starch and gluten. Useful for incoming wheat evaluation, flour grading, blending decisions and quick checks near milling or packing operations.
Grains and Cereals
Portable analysis of wheat, maize, rice, barley, soybeans and other grains for parameters such as moisture, protein, starch, ash or oil, depending on the validated model. Supports lot segregation, supplier payment and receiving decisions.
