Key Features

Straightforward Routine Operation

Touch-sensitive operation, predefined methods and direct stirrer controls reduce dependence on subjective visual endpoint detection.

Application-Specific Packages

Acid/Base, Salt, Oil and Redox packages combine the titrator with an appropriate cylinder unit and Metrohm electrode.

High-Resolution Dosing

Interchangeable 5, 10, 20 and 50 mL cylinder units support precise dosing from low-volume to higher-consumption titrations.

Reliable Endpoint Detection

The high-precision potentiometric input supports pH, redox, precipitation and other electrode-based endpoint detection.

Up To 120 Methods

Frequently used procedures can be stored and selected directly, supporting standardised routine operation.

Routine And Expert Modes

Routine mode restricts access to system, method and parameter editing; Expert access is password-protected.

Compact Integrated Design

The instrument occupies approximately a DIN A4 footprint and includes the magnetic stirrer in the housing.

GLP/GMP Documentation Support

Results, curves, parameters, calculations and statistics can be printed or saved; PC/LIMS reports support transfer to external systems.

Flexible Reporting

Reports can be printed, saved as PDF to USB, or exported as machine-readable PC/LIMS text files.

Where the Eco Titrator fits in laboratory workflows

Lubricants, Oils and Petrochemicals
Lubricants and petrochemical laboratory testing

TAN/TBN and Petroleum-Product Determinations

TAN / acid number, TBN / base number, bromine number, mercaptans, chloride and other routine petroleum-product determinations. The Eco Titrator Oil package is the primary starting point for non-aqueous TAN/TBN work.

Textile and Denim Laboratories
Textile and denim dye-bath testing laboratory

Dye-Bath and Redox Chemistry Control

Redox monitoring of hydrosulfite ("hypo") and indigo dye-bath chemistry, plus acidity, alkalinity and related bath-control tests. Indigo/hydrosulfite work requires an application-specific method and may require a closed vessel and inert-gas handling; it is not a plug-and-play standard package.

Chemical and Fertilizer QC
Chemical and fertilizer quality control laboratory

Acid, Base and Concentration Testing

Assay of acids and bases, hydrochloric or phosphoric acid concentration, acidity/alkalinity, chloride, redox substances and other concentration tests where a validated potentiometric titration method is suitable.

Pharmaceutical Analysis
Pharmaceutical analysis laboratory

Pharmacopeial Titrations

Aqueous or non-aqueous acid-base assays, redox assays, chloride and other pharmacopeial titrations where the selected electrode and method are appropriate. Customer validation and data-integrity requirements must be reviewed before quotation.

Food, Beverages and Edible Oils
Food and beverage quality testing laboratory

Routine Food-Quality Parameters

Titratable acidity, salt/chloride, vitamin C, iodine value, peroxide value, acid value and other routine food-quality parameters.

Water and Industrial Laboratories

Frequently Asked Question

Eco Titrator is for potentiometric titrations such as acid-base, redox, chloride, TAN and TBN. Eco KF Titrator is a separate Karl Fischer instrument for water-content determination.

Eco Titrator Oil is the normal starting package because it includes the 20 mL cylinder unit and Solvotrode easyClean for non-aqueous acid/base titration. The exact ASTM/IP method and solvent system must still be reviewed.

Eco Titrator Salt includes a 10 mL cylinder unit and Ag Titrode for precipitation titration with silver nitrate

The universal platform can support different potentiometric applications, but changing applications may require different electrodes, cylinder units, titrants, tubing and cleaning procedures. A dedicated package is simpler where one method group dominates.

Yes, these are among the food and oil redox applications listed by Metrohm. The Redox package is the logical starting point, with the exact method and accessories confirmed before supply.

A potentiometric redox method can be developed for these parameters, but it is application-specific. Indigo/hydrosulfite analysis may require closed-vessel operation, nitrogen protection and specific reagents; CWTC should review the customer’s current method before committing the configuration

It can perform many pharmacopeial aqueous, non-aqueous, redox and precipitation titrations and provides GLP/GMP documentation functions. The customer must confirm method validation and electronic-data requirements.

No. It offers printed/PDF reports, USB storage, PC/LIMS export and restricted Routine mode, but it is not a complete Part 11 electronic-record system.

Yes. Reports can be printed, saved as PDF to USB and exported as machine-readable PC/LIMS text files. The exact external-device setup should be included in the quotation.

Yes. CWTC can support package selection, installation, method setup, operator training, printer/data configuration, preventive maintenance, dosing tests, electrodes and technical service according to the quoted scope.

Local supply and support in Pakistan
